My first thought of calling them was a little scary. I didn’t want to file for BR but my options were limited. So I called them and explained my situation. They were asking a group of questions and could tell I didn’t want to do this. But my decision was that they listen to me and they would help me get started and explain what’s going to happen. I couldn’t ask for anything more from them but they kept me updated and they were very helpful in this situation. I owe it all to an outstanding team they have.

Thank God for good attorneys. I am disabled and have been taken advantage of by a lot of people, previous attorneys included. Finding this practice truly saved my life. They humanize you, they are thorough, and you can tell well respected in the legal community. I cannot wait to afford to retain them long term as I advocate for my fresh start in life!

Filing my Chapter 7 bankruptcy was the easiest flawless experience with this law office. I worked with everyone throughout my filing and everyone was awesome. Ashlie really worked hard to help me make the best choices to gain financial freedom. Gwen was always a pleasure to talk to whether on the phone or messaging through the portal. A big thank you to the team. Marc, Ashlie & Gwen I can’t truly thank your team enough.

If you find yourself in this situation, this is the firm you want! Have all your paperwork together and couple of zoom meetings easy pesay. Marc is wonderful and he has a wonderful staff with Ashley and Gwen. This procedure is not fun for any of us, they make it a lot better

The best experience I've ever had with an attorney's office. They were there for me every step of the way through the entire process. The entire team came together to help and I am so appreciative of all of their help. I truly do not know what I would have done without al of the experience and knowledge, patience and kindness. When it comes to hiring Marc Ominsky and his team...JUST DO IT! I had been through a few attornies before having a call with Ashlie, and I knew this experience would be different. From the moment I paid, it was like the floodgates opened, and everything was happening quickly to resolve things. Thankfully I am the type of person that is an expert at digital record keeping, as well as maintains all correspondence on things. Anything they needed, I was able to quickly provide to settle my case. Anytime I had questions, I received a quick response (sometimes immediately, but most often within a few hours). This office is really no-nonsense and gets things done while keeping you informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this law office, but I also highly recommend you be well-prepared documentation-wise (and yes, they can tell you what you need during your consult call so you can get things together). Just know they don't allow their cases to linger, and at the same time, ensure you are legally protected to get the best outcome for your case.

I worked with attorney Ashlie Deal from Marc Ominsky's practice and she gets it done! We worked together on a real estate transaction for a client she referred to us going thru bankruptcy. The buyer's title company did not fully understand bankruptcy law and Ashlie was able to move mountains to get the transaction to close by the deadline the court set. I would work with this lawfirm and Ashlie again in a heartbeat!

Marc and Ashlie handled my personal injury case of a rather embarassing nature, so I was a little surprised they took it on. They met my struggles and concerns with compassion, conducted a detailed interview on what happened and informed me of everything that needed to be done (all was done over the phone or online, I didn't need to see them in person even once).A fair warning that personal injury cases can take a while. It turned out they take up to 2-3 years to resolve, and I wish they told me that earlier, since the initial impression in the following months was that they're giving me silent treatment. Their office can be sometimes hard to reach and they were not very forthcoming with updates when I tried to check up with them every 3 months or so, but I assure you that they do know what they're doing and do get the job done. A little over a year after the injury I heard that the other party did file the insurance claim, something that they previously refused to do. And a little under two years the other party settled for a really good amount and I didn't even have to go to trial. All of that without having to go anywhere or pay anything out of pocket. I'm happy that thanks to them I can leave that chapter of my life behind me with no regrets.

I have nothing but positive experiences with this legal team. Marc,Ashley and Gwen treated me like family both during bankruptcy and a family legal matter. Bankruptcy is hard. It's something that no one wants to deal with , but when life serves you lemons, you do your best to make some darn good lemonade. It's all about tough love here, Ms.Ashlie knows exactly what she is doing, listen, read carefully and just do what you have to do and get done what she needs you to accomplish and the process will be easy as pie. After paperwork etc was all said and done and it was time to meet the trustee, my lawyer, Mr.Ominsky and I sat there for less than 5 minutes with the trustee and it was done. I actually asked at the end if that was it because I couldn't just could not believe it was all said and done. The whole process that we worked so hard to get done, was done, over, hands were washed clean of credit debt, problems etc. I really appreciated all of the help and support you get from the whole staff at the Law offices of Marc Ominsky. They also have two receptionists that are extremely helpful and can answer questions for you also. Everyone there is sympathetic towards what you're going through and only look out for your best Interest. They gave me a second shot at starting fresh and as much as I liked them, I hope I don't see them again as I will be restarting my financial life in a positive way!

I was a guarantor with my brother for a $10.5 million dollar commercial loan for a Senior Care property that went bad. While we tried to fix the property and bring it back to profitability, the bank came after us with a vengeance. We were located in California and Oregon, and the lender sued us in Maryland for full payment. We did not have much time to deal with the case.
